Note: Small lawns are often harder to keep spot-free due to the concentrated foot traffic and urine in limited space. That's why healthy, resilient soil is even more important.

Simple, Stress-Free Application

1. Pour one 4 oz. LawnMutt bottle into the applicator

2. Add 16 oz. of water

3. Set the applicator dial to the 2 oz. setting

4. Spray evenly over the lawn area until the bottle is empty

5. Water the area for 5–10 minutes to saturate the root zone

Repeat the process with the second bottle 3–6 weeks later for best results. No measuring. No mess. Just water and go!

Results to Expect

After your second application, you should begin to see:

• Fewer and less severe new urine spots

• Shrinking or recovery of existing dead patches

For most lawns, 2–4 applications jumpstart the repair process. Severely damaged lawns may require more.
