Product Returns
Any unopened product can be returned to our office for a refund, less shipping. Notify us if you would like to return the product. A refund will be issued once the product is received.
To return your product, mail it to: 1874 Monterey Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84121. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
You will be notified once we have received your returned product. Allow 3-4 business days for a credit to reflect on your bank account or credit card. Please contact us at (801) 971-0589 or email at Jeff@soundsoil.com if you do not receive your refund.
